Eligibility for Return/Exchange
At AuraShelf, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in ensuring the quality of our products and packaging. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged product, we are here to help
- We offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.
- Returns or exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:
- The product received is wrong (different from the one ordered).
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
Proof Required
At AuraShelf, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in ensuring the quality of our products and packaging. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged product, we are here to help
- To process your request, customers must provide a clear unboxing video of the package as proof.
- The video must be recorded from the beginning (before opening the package) and should clearly show the condition of the product.
Conditions
- Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an unboxing video.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, or personal preference.
Process
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order details and unboxing video.
- Once your request is verified, we will initiate either:
- A replacement of the product, or
- A return and refund, as per the situation.
Important Note
Shipping costs for returns/exchanges will be borne by AuraShelf only if the product delivered is wrong or damaged.
